將將將將!!!

 

今天帶著"獎盃老公"去日常購物時

看到賣海鮮的店裡 一大袋的貽貝(mussels)只要AUD$8 (折合台幣約$240)

想說平常也很少吃海鮮  (原因之一是公主我根本不會料理海鮮 @_@)

不然今天晚餐吃海鮮好了 (加上G大廚扛起責任說他料理海鮮比料理肉類還更厲害 **)

就把那袋貽貝拎回家了

 

晚餐當然是由G掌廚

小嘍嘍公主我就在旁邊幫忙洗+切四季豆  (ㄛ 麵條是我煮的)

還有"瞎攪和"的用鍋鏟翻炒鍋裡的南瓜 紅椒 四季豆

--這三樣照出現順序先後放進油已加熱的鍋(wok)裡炒至8分熟

--然後加入一整小罐的叻沙Laksa (市面上就有賣現成的)  再翻炒幾下

--再加入煮滾的開水(這樣比較快) 煮個1分鐘左右  並準備另一鍋(pot)煮滾的水待會煮麵條用

--最後加入適量貽貝Mussels(我們放了約今天買來的一半 我數了一下有30個耶!!!) 悶蓋煮幾分鐘 (約4~7分鐘)

(買回來若不是處理得很乾淨 要自己刷洗過並拔除它的Threads-殼上的"毛線"  這部分當然是由厲害的G大廚處理囉 ^^)

--此時將麵條下到煮滾的鍋子(pot) 中大火 麵條下水後第一次水滾加入半杯冷水

中火 水再次滾時 撈出麵條放入已加好麻油的碗內攪拌均勻即可

--掀蓋看若大部分的貽貝殼都開了  就可以盛裝至麵碗裡上桌囉~~~

建議: 檸檬切片 食用前擠幾滴至碗內 大大提升整個口感的層次喔!! 讚!!!!

Oh yes, luxurious dinner!!

Mussels in Laksa with noodles!

Today when Princess J and her "Trophy Husband" went shopping at Barkly Square, we saw a bag of mussels for only AUD$8 dollars! Since that we seldom have seafood (partly cz Princess J doesn't know how to "deal with" seafood @_@), we decided to have mussels for dinner. Plus our master chef G said that he's BETTER at cooking seafood than meat, so, why not?

Of course G was in charge of cooking dinner and Princess J, as an assistant, to help with washing and cutting beans. Oh, and I cooked the noodles (which is what I'm good at, haha!). Of course I'd helped with a bit of the frying job while G was cleaning the mussels.

In the wok, pumpkin, capsicum and beans (throw them in seperately in this order) were fried for a bit. Then the jar of "Laksa" paste was added in to cook together. Next, added some boiled water and cooked for about 1 minute. Time for mussels to jump in! (The amount of mussels was only half of the bag we bought today!!!) Leave them in the wok with the lid on to cook for about 4~7 minutes and when most of the mussels were open, served them with noodles! Squeeze some fresh lemon into the bowls and ready to eat! Mmmm~~~ yummy!
