老實說,大清早起床根本不是公主愛做的事...
讓我願意早起去上工的其中一個很大的因素,
就是那些在市場裡交的有趣朋友們 :)
每次想賴床偷懶時,
就會想想和市集朋友們的有趣互動,
然後我就比較甘願起床了~
圖片分享的是其中一些朋友及一些他們的作品______
Nina- 飾品/鑰匙掛鉤 + 郵票做成的耳環及項鍊墬子
Neil- 利用舊木材回收再造的時鐘,徽章/別針,項鍊墬子,木製明信片...
Scot- 奇特前衛圖案的靠墊/抱枕,布材質的圖案牆上掛飾
當然還有其他有趣的,
只是照片進度還沒趕上....

To be honest, getting up VERY early in the morning is never a style for Princess J...
One of the reasons to motivate me is the storeholders that I made friends with!
When I feel like staying in bed instead of going to work in the market, the time I've spent with friends at the market reminds me how fun it can be to be there. So that would get me out of bed!
Here are some photos of cool people in the market and also their works______
Nina makes jewellery hangers/ key hooks and Jewellery!
Her jewellery hangers/ key hooks are unique. (see pictures from her website: http://www.noushkadesigns.com/)
They've got pictures that she uses complex printing methods to deal with and of course you can also collect your own pictures/photos ready to be made. So in this way, the object becomes more personal! A big series of her jewellery are made from the use of stamps! The beauty comes from the way she makes them and of course the pictures and colours of the used stamps themselves!!
Neil used to be one of the "Blue Men" performers! He's been working on "wooden postcards" for quite a while. I like his handmade recycled timber badges! It's got the subtlety of the sense of humour. ^^ (more pictures and information from his website: http://neilthomasart.blogspot.com/)
We've got a clock that Neil made as our wedding gift! It's got some English and some Chinese characters with a giraffe and a penguin, so Pricess J is the giraffe and G is the penguin, hahaha~
Scot makes cushions with quirky funky fabric! I like the way he takes care of his cushions~ Also he makes tissue covers and fabric wall-decoration things. I've got a cushion which I like the pattern and colours a lot!Scot hasn't got a website yet (same as us.. we haven't got one..., yet it's on the process!!!).

Of course there are some more interesting people and stores!! Just haven't got good photos of them, I'll definitely share them here when I get that done~ :) Or make your move to Rose Street Market and you can see them, touch them, and even own them in person!! (I mean the works, not that you can own the storeholders.....)
